Finding an empty seat can be hard.  Flying non-rev requires vigilance, patience, and a willingness to enjoy the unexpected.

Non-rev can also mean, as you may already know, much of the time you will just be sitting in an airport wishing you were on a plane.  

So, when you score that first class seat, or ANY seat, feel accomplished! It's getting harder and harder to travel non-rev.  But don't give up hope.

The time I was planning on going to Prague, Czech Republic,  but ended up in Santiago, Chile was one of the most delightful trips I have ever been on.  But that's a story for another day.
